“Mystic”
Danielle's Mystical Spirit

May 1st, 1998-April 4th, 2002

Mystic was my first boxer and the reason we fell in love with the boxer as a breed. I worked all winter long when I was 12 years old to buy my first boxer, I was so proud to bring her home in June at 6 weeks old. She was my constant companion, we did 4H together for 2 years, we went on many hikes up the Columbia River Gorge. The beginning of March 2002, we got the news that she was in Kidney Failure and lost her 3 weeks later to what I now believe was JRD. The picture on this page was taken 1 week before we lost her.

Mystic wasn't a show dog but I wanted her to have a page on my website, because without her we probably wouldn't have these beautiful dogs we have today. She taught us so much about the breed, competing with dogs, and nutrition for our dogs.

Rest in Peace my beautiful girl, I know you watch over all of us.
